Permanent jewelry is a low maintenance way to look amazing every day. Just remember to rinse your pieces after swimming or using pools/hot tubs to avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, which can be damaging to precious metals whether they are permanent or not. Enjoy traveling without worrying about airport security – solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver are TSA-approved.

 

WHAT IS THE BRACELET MADE OF? 

All our chains are 14k Gold-filled, Sterling Silver or 14k Solid Gold. We use a micro welder to fuse the links together making it "permanent"

 

IF IT’S PERMANENT, DOES THAT MEAN IT’LL NEVER COME OFF?

No, it can easily be removed with scissors. Just cut the jump ring and save your chain in case you want to get it welded again in the future.

Please note, permanent does not equal unbreakable. While it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry. Permanent jewelry is dainty for safety reasons. Should your bracelet get caught in a door, piece of machinery or in the metro door your bracelet will snap before your wrist does! 

 

WHAT HAPPENES IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

All sales are final. Once we cut your length of chain and fuse it on you, its yours. If you are uncomfortable we will cut the jump ring and add a clasp for an extra $15. 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CUT THE LINK OR IT POPS OFF?

Save your chain and we will get you welded again; the first time is on us! We are not responsible for missing chains after 14 days from the day of purchase. If your chain stretches out or contains multiple breaks, a new chain will need to be purchased. You will receive a 50% off with proof of purchase. 

 

I NEED TO FIX MY CHAIN BUT IT IS FROM ANOTHER WELDER?

No problem. It's $10 per jump ring to fuse it back on.

What happens during my appointment?

You appointment is about 15 minutes and its fun.​

• First select your bracelet, anklet, necklace, ring, hand chain or belly chain.

• Next choose from 50+ Chains, 50+ connectors and 100+ Charms and precious gems.

• Now we measure for custom sizing 

• Get ready! Its time for the fuse  

• Then we perform a quality check 

• Aftercare talk. You can pretend to listen while you admire your new jewelry. We give you a care card.

• Finally just Pay & Tag us in your pics please
